PUMPKIN PANCAKES!

Tis the fall season! And what better way to match the autumn mood with our newest pancake flavor of the month: PUMPKIN! These delicious bites are made with spices of cinnamon, ground ginger nutmeg, and cloves. Topped and paired off with savory bourbon caramel and cream cheese butter upon request. Be sure to track us down for a taste before its too late. Debuting tomorrow TUESDAY 10/12 in El Segundo and at Tlofts!

UBE PANCAKES!

Alright, so some of you may be wondering what “ube” is and let us tell you! Bringing it back to our  roots, Ube is a purple yam popular in the Philippines. It has a delicious mild sweet taste that needed to be tried as a pancake! This contest was a way to get unique and creative so UBE was a great choice to introduce its unheard greatness!  If you are already familiar with it, you must try this out. The hints of sweet yam seeps through the pancake batter to give an unexpected/familiar taste in each bite. We’ve paired it with coconut mascarpone frosting for extra creamy yummyness!

We’ve received several entries for this flavor but we had to be fair and give it to the first person who entered: CONGRATULATIONS to Paul Del Mundo!! You’ll be receiving these pancakes free for this month! AND A BIG SPECIAL THANKS to all who participated! We received some really fantastic and creative flavors and it was tough to decide through all the ideas! Maybe you’ll get to see yours in the future

We’ll be debuting Ube Mini Pancakes with Coconut Mascarpone Frosting this Tuesday. Get your taste before the month ends!

Tight Shortz, a festival for Short Film, Music, and Art, is hosting a fundraiser at the Air Conditioned Supper Club in Venice this Monday night and the Buttermilk Truck will be there 7-9PM to serve our late night menu! More Upcoming Events! More fun for the Buttermilk Truck this  Sunday!

This Sunday! We’re excited to be working with American Cinametheque to celebrate a special event for The King’s (would have been) 75th Birthday! Event will be held at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood as we’ll be serving up our breakfast goods including a special pancake flavor to honor the King’s favorite choice of sammich:  Banana-Peanut-Butter! MMM! (served only for today!). Also teaming up with  Barbies Q Truck for those wanting a BBQ-fix. Sure to be a fun-filled event with music, karaoke, and Elvis-y prizes!
