We’re honored to be the subject of fellow Angeleno and filmmaker, Sheldon Candis‘ short film on “Why he loves LA”. Sheldon takes an in depth look into a “day in the life” of the Buttermilk Truck — from prepping, to serving customers, to roaming the LA roads. Sheldon captured the hard work that Gigi and her crew has cultivated into being one of LA’s top food trucks along with the different cultures, landscapes, and faces they encounter on a daily basis.
