Our launch party at the Brig last Wednesday night was a great and MAJOR SUCCESS! To recap:

Before the 8pm opening, people have already gathered to get their first spots in line.  By 8-9pm, the line wrapped around to the other end of the parking lot as our awesome fans patiently waited to fill their breakfast cravings.

Hourly giveaways of Buttermilk totes and tshirts were passed out and the crowd wanted to get their hands on some Klippy gear. We also had an unexpected surprise visit from Glen Walker and the KCAL 9 News; taking a peek into the truck as the team was hard at work and also getting a chance to interview with owner Gigi (video here)The Brig was a great location for our launch and we couldn’t have asked for a better opening night.

Favorite eats of the night were the Chicken and Waffles, The Buttermilk Brick, and of course the Red Velvet Pancake Bites. We are stoked yall enjoyed the food and we’re super excited to get our weekly schedules going, hitting up all areas of LA and beyond.  Make sure to check the site regularly for schedule updates. Our Launch is just around the corner and we have our location! We’ll be serving at The Brig in Venice from 8-11pm on Wednesday, November 11th. We invite you to join us as we’ll be serving  items from our late night menu. We’ll also be having raffle giveaways so please come, eat, and join in the festivities!!

Our truck is just about ready to hit the town! Adorned with buttermilk splashes and GINORMOUS images of Klippy’s happy face, we couldn’t be more excited to drive around in this puppy and serve you with our breakfast goods. Watch out for us on the LA streets!
