We’re honored to be the subject of fellow Angeleno and filmmaker, Sheldon Candis‘ short film on “Why he loves LA”. Sheldon takes an in depth look into a “day in the life” of the Buttermilk Truck — from prepping, to serving customers, to roaming the LA roads. Sheldon captured the hard work that Gigi and her crew has cultivated into being one of LA’s top food trucks along with the different cultures, landscapes, and faces they encounter on a daily basis. A BIG THANK YOU to Sheldon and his crew for a stellar job. We simply adore this short film that we had to share it with our fans. Enjoy!

  1. Great video guys! Really cool to see some of the prep and work it takes to make your food. Is there electricity outlets on your truck? What do you plug into to get your beaters and waffle irons going?
